Please see the Required Summer Forms that every family must complete by the beginning of August. You will see a folder with forms that mandatory for every family, another with important reading material, and another with forms that may or may not apply to your child. Please check out each folder just in case.
Please complete all these forms before August 5, 2024. Either submit them in person to our school office or e-mail it to our Office Staff.
